A wide, open-plan loft with an industrial twist, our playfully furnished, light-filled space makes the perfect location home for shoots. On the top floor of a beautifully converted victorian factory building, located just minutes from Loughborough train station, Jason Works Loft has private, gated parking and lift access - located perfectly for brand and lifestyle shoots in the East Midlands.

Perfect for lifestyle and brand content - from candles or cocktails, to pyjamas and pilates, step into the master bedroom. Featuring an expansive, vintage, Emperor-sized bed, with Chartreuse velvet upholstery, this room is the ultimate space for luxurious industrial shoots. The exposed-brick walls and reclaimed lighting contrasts delightfully with the enormous vintage chandelier which hangs in the centre of the room.
On one side of the room, a deep, freestanding copper bath that is filled from exposed copper piping, and around the other side of the Crittall-style windows, a walk-in, rainfall shower, and a marble ‘washstand’ style sink. Across the other side of the room, a modern log burner and stash of seasoned logs are ready to create cosy atmospheric scenes.
The kitchen occupies one end of the huge, open-plan living space, and is is crafted from reclaimed cabinetry and freestanding vintage pieces, alongside a freestanding Smeg cooker and double oven. With a beautiful kitchen island with reclaimed copper sink, vintage-style Smeg fridge, vintage pots and pans and a large stash of matching and vintage crockery, there is everything you need to style beautiful food and beverage content.
On the practical side, the kitchen is fully equipped, with a double oven, multi-ring cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine, making creating dishes as easy as styling them.
The majority of the loft is dedicated to a expansive, light-filled living space, that reveals the industrial features once hidden behind drop-ceilings and plasterboard. Original wooden floorboards span the length of the loft, and the walls are lined with huge picture windows, and multiple bi-fold doors lead from the indoors out to the terrace. In the middle of the space, another iconic vintage chandelier creates instant impact, surrounded by vintage furniture and an eclectic array of art and reclaimed pieces that give the loft a truly unique feel.
Perfect for wellness and lifestyle content, the space is popular for tablescapes, wellness content (yoga, pilates, sound bath, etc) and fashion shoots.
At the far end of the loft, a small gym space is the perfect addition for wellness and lifestyle content, with a gym-matted area, working stationary bike, and an array of vintage exercise equipment. On the opposite side, a vintage desk forms a workspace, littered with vintage tools that harks back to the building’s industrial origins.
Between the two spaces, the loft houses 3 ‘trapdoor’ style double beds that are masterfully concealed within the floorboards, and a beautiful glass-paned door leads out to the fire escape.
The private roof terrace spans the length of one side of the loft, offering a sun-soaked spot for food, lifestyle and wellness shoots. At one end, a Japanese wooden hot tub is filled from copper taps, whilst at the other, a nordic sauna offers an additional scene for lifestyle content. Between the two, a seating space is the perfect place for cinematic shots, outdoor dining scenes and summer lifestyle shoots.
The most unique entrance to the loft, the original, industrial lift is a truly characterful addition to the loft. With manual sliding doors that clatter into place, and a wood-panelled interior, the only modernised elements are the safety ones, with a phone number that allows you to access your floor, and buttons for the floors below. Perfect for industrial scenes, the industrial lighting and original features create an atmospheric setting for film and photography shoots.
